Hilary is a distinguished expert in higher education, directing her consultancy that specialises in quality assurance and compliance. As the former Provost at CQUniversity, she led major enhancements in teaching and research, significantly elevating student satisfaction and academic offerings. A finalist in the 2016 Telstra Business Women's Awards, her leadership has been acknowledged with Emeritus Professorships and a Fellowship with the Institute of Australian Geographers. An Oxford graduate, Hilary chairs the Academic Board at the Australian Institute of Business and continues to influence the standards of higher education excellence.

Josh is an accomplished educator and leader, adept at spearheading development and change with a focus on pragmatic outcomes. His deep-rooted expertise in leadership, governance, strategic planning and management is drawn from extensive experience in academia and the private sector, underscored by a talent for engaging stakeholders and propelling organisational growth. His career is marked by influential roles, including Pro Vice-Chancellor (Learning and Teaching) & (Students), University Registrar, and as Director of several international firms. Josh's enduring impact on Higher Education is validated by Fellowships with the Australian Institute of Building, the Royal Society of NSW, and his recent honour as a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
